Venstyle currently ships within the United States only.
All U.S. customers enjoy free standard shipping on every order placed through our website.
2. Delivery Time Overview
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or national holidays.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
You can track your order’s progress in real time until it arrives at your address.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days after your order, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If a package is refused at delivery or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to our fulfillment center.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed after the item is received back at our facility, following our Return & Refund Policy.

Original shipping, return shipping, and handling costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
