This policy explains our return, refund, and exchange process clearly so you can shop with confidence.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return request.
Please note: the 30-day period begins from the date your item is delivered, not the order date.
Your return will be accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

A proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

The product must not be damaged or altered due to customer misuse.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products are not eligible for return:

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Contact Us
Email our support team at info@venstyle.com.
Include your order number, full name, and a brief reason for the return.
Step 2 – Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number with detailed instructions.
Step 3 – Ship the Item
Once approved, send your package to our return center using a tracked shipping service.
Keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.

All returns are processed through our authorized fulfillment center.
4. Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products:
No cost to the customer. Venstyle covers return shipping when a product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect. -
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This includes cases where you ordered the wrong size, the product doesn’t fit, or you no longer want it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. -
Restocking Fees:
Venstyle does not charge any restocking fees.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your return is approved or rejected.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after your return is received.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error or a defective product.

If your order qualified for free shipping and you return items for non-defective reasons, the equivalent shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please request a refund for your original order and place a new order for the replacement product.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@venstyle.com.
Attach clear photos showing the issue.
We’ll review your case promptly and arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
8. Refused or Unauthorized Returns
Packages returned without prior authorization (RA number) or refused upon delivery may not qualify for a refund.
Please always contact us first to ensure a smooth and valid return process.
